Cancellation & Refund Policy

 We will fully refund (2% of the booking amount will be deducted as payment gateway charges ) any booking cancelled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled check in date.

  No refund is applicable on the booking for cancellations after 48 hours prior to scheduled check in date.

 You can cancel your booking by sending an email with your Booking ID, Name & Check-in date to info@greenmeadowsresort.com to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 14 working days. 

Terms & Conditions

 It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

 The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel.

 Stay of 2 children up to 6 years of age is complementary without the use of extra bed. Breakfast is complimentary for children below 6 years.

 50% Breakfast charges will be applicable for children between 7 & 10 years.

 Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

 Hotel reserves the right to take action against any guest where his/her action be deemed inappropriate.
